At the 14th LOO (Let’s Observe Ourselves) Awards, one of a series of satellite events supporting Clean and Green Singapore this year, Guest-of- Honour Mr Baey Yam Keng, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Sustainability and the Environment, launched the 5th edition of the Guide to Better Public Toilet Design and Maintenance (Annex A) together with Mr Ho Chee Kit, Honorary President of the Restroom Association (Singapore) or RAS.
