The latest study results by the Singapore Management University (SMU) revealed the Toilet Cleanliness Index of coffeeshops was stagnant as in 2020 at about 47%. The RAS, Restroom Association (Singapore) thus launched the LOO (Let’s Observe Ourselves) Campaign @ Coffeeshops at its 15th LOO Awards on 16th November.
