For the past three months, RAS has been actively working with various organisations from the private, public and people sectors to promote clean public restrooms. RAS plays its part as a local partner of the World Toilet Summit & Expo (WTSE) 2009

Our student volunteers of Si Ling Primary School enthusiastically sharing their projects and works with a delegate visiting our RAS Learning Pavilion. The pavilion, a mobile exhibition, was set up during the three-day WTSE from 2nd to 4th Dec held at Suntec Singapore. It will reach out to the community at large via roadshows and events next year.

RAS works with youths of ChangeMakers Conference (YCMC) to educate primary students

South West District Public Health Awards

RAS has been invited as a judge for the 5th South West District Public Health Awards organised by the South West Community Development Council (SWCDC), National Environment Agency South West Regional Office (NEA SWRO) and Town Councils in the South West District. The judging will take place from 18 December 2009 to 15 January 2010.

NEA Community Day

RAS has been invited to participate in the Community Day organised by the National Environment Agency (NEA) to be held on 9-10 January 2010 at the North East Regional Office. The objective of this new community engagement initiative is to enable the community to gain a better understanding of how NEA tackles the various issues operationally.
