This year, we
celebrate the 10th anniversary of Uscan® Restroom Feedback & Smart
Restroom Products Innovation. This would not have been accomplished without
your support and trust in our vision to augment the future of toilet
maintenance and cleaning regime management with smart technologies for an
efficient workforce and sustainable build environment.
In its 5th
generation, the Uscan® Smart Restroom & Workforce Management
Product is a matured and proven technology deployed at prominent Integrated
Resorts, Attractions, Retail Malls, Commercial & Industrial Properties,
Food Centres, Healthcare facilities, Manufacturing Plants, MRT Stations and
Schools.
 Apart from the proven benefits in the
area of toilet maintenance and cleaning regime, Uscan® was accredited
under the LEADER category by Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC). With
this green credential, it allows building owners, architects and developers
to accrue more points towards their building’s Green Mark scoring so
as to drive and meet the environmental sustainability ambitions and targets
set out in the Singapore Green Building Masterplan.
In 2023, we have
achieved another milestone by incorporating proprietary AI and Machine
Learning algorithm into our smart restroom products that further enhance their
accuracy and data mining capabilities to the next level. Working with our
regional and global partners, we also integrate autonomous technology such
as cleaning robot into the common platform for data fusion and improved
situational awareness.
