Meet RAS staff

Being part of an NGO which relates to topics such as sanitation, hygiene and restrooms, I do understand the difficulty of raising funds to promote our cause to a higher level. It is challenging, but very interesting. The change in pace of lifestyle brought about more types of sickness and diseases, most of which are always co-related to the cleanliness and hygiene of each individual.  Here at RAS, we create an interesting, hands-on environment to teach the young and old responsible toilet etiquette and educate them on proper hygiene and health issues.

- Juliana Lee, Senior Manager for Business Development

My experience with RAS has enticed me to meet interesting people from all walks of life. I have a chance to interact with toilet cleaners, contractors, toilet owners, government officials and other important figures. The most rewarding part of my job is to know that I am serving the community and changing the mindset of indifferent people. I really hope to see Singapore becoming a gracious society and its residents learning to appreciate public property; first and foremost, our toilet behaviour.

- Malcolm Chen, Project Executive for Training and Standards
