It is heartening for the RAS, Restroom Association (Singapore) to set another new milestone for the Happy Toilet Programme (HTP) with the six-star accreditation of the first office toilets at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). The six-star accreditation is favourably viewed as the owner’s strongest commitment to providing smart toilets of the highest standards, to effectively maintain cleanliness which is paramount amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In August, the MPA’s office restrooms on Levels 18, 19 and 21 at mTower were accredited the highest six-star rating for adopting the holistic DFEC - Detect, Feedback, Eliminate and Clean smart restroom solutions under the Happy Toilet Programme.

RAS introduces new best office category under its LOO (Let’s Observe Ourselves) Awards this year

With more office toilets rated under the Happy Toilet Programme (HTP), RAS will include a best office Happy Toilet for its LOO Awards this year. There are currently about 70 office toilets rated under the HTP.

RAS supports first preschool under the Happy Toilets @ Preschools Projects (HTPP) Grant

In June, PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Kampong Chai Chee Blk 135 utilised the HTPP grant for its teachers to guide its preschoolers to execute projects such as appreciating cleaning attendants. The grant was launched in November last year in partnership with APP Commercial Pte Ltd.
