At the LOO (Let’s Observe Ourselves) Awards held in November last year, the RAS, Restroom Association (Singapore) launched SaniGives, a holistic initiative to raise public awareness about showing kindness and recognition towards cleaning attendants. After the launch, weekly exhibitions about SaniGives were displayed at five shopping malls to continue to raise public awareness, with close to 30 attendants working at the malls presented with grocery vouchers.

RAS certifies SBS Transit Downtown Line (DTL) train stations under the star-rated Happy Toilet Programme (HTP)

In March, three SBS Transit DTL train stations namely Expo, Tampines East and Upper Changi were accredited under the HTP for the first time while four new SMRT train stations in Tuas were accredited, bringing the total SMRT train stations accredited to 57.
